Library of Mar Athanasius college is named after Prf. M P Varghese, the doyen of education, an economist and great visionary. The library is housed in an exclusive three storied building having 25,194.74square feet space. Spacious periodical section, network resource center, reference section and stack area provides excellent ambience in the library.
The library has a comprehensive collection of print, digital and multimedia resources on academic subjects. This nicely curated collection of physical and digital resources is its biggest charm. The resources are updated continuously to cater the teaching and research needs of various departments. We have vibrant library service practices. Staff and Students can search through our online catalogue, digital repository and can access e-books, articles and theses.
M P Varghese library holds the unique record of being the first automated college library in Kerala and the first college library to have internet facility.
